Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to addresses in Australia. 


We use Australia Post to send out all orders.  Shipping for orders below $50 is $9.95.  Shipping for all orders $50 and over is free.  All orders are sent with a tracking number.  You can track your package at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search.  You will need to sign for your package when it arrives.  If you are not there to receive your order, a card will be left at the address and your package will be sent to the nearest Post Office for collection.  Once your parcel has been sent, please allow up to 6 business days to receive your goods. 

What is your Returns Policy?

We want you to be 100% happy and love your Juturna® lip balms!  If you are not completely happy with your purchase we are happy to organise either a refund or exchange (provided this is done within 30 days of the original purchase).  Please contact us at info@juturnaskincare.com, let us know whether you would like a refund or exchange, and also a reason for the requested refund or exchange.  We then need you to return the product(s) (primarily unused) to us.  Please ensure you retain the tracking number until your refund or exchange is complete, in case the goods go missing in transit.


Our payments are currently securely processed through EWay.  Payment can be made via credit card (MasterCard or VISA) or PayPal.
